Unlimited consultations are valid for regular consults ($55) by appointment only.

Pawgram inclusions are non-transferable and may only be used for the registered pet.

Each pawgram membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Nail trims are subject to the pet's temperament. If sedation is required, additional charges will apply.

If blood test results are abnormal, any required follow-up testing will be charged separately.

Items included in the pawgram cannot be removed or substituted for a reduced price.

Unused credits are non-refundable.
