OUR SERVICES

Vaccination & Microchipping
We provide routine health checks, vaccinations and microchips to help keep your pet protected throughout their life.
Our vaccination services include:
-
Core vaccines (canine and feline)
-
Leptospirosis
-
Rabies
-
Kennel cough
-
Other vaccines may be available by advanced order, subject to availability.

For your pet’s comfort, microchipping is performed with local anaesthesia. If local anaesthesia alone is not sufficient to ensure your pet remains comfortable and relaxed, sedation may be discussed and recommended to minimise stress during the procedure.
blood & urine testing
Our in-house laboratory allows us to perform comprehensive range of blood tests for routine health screening
& diagnostic investigations
In-house comprehensive blood tests for routine health screening and diagnostic investigations can incluse complete blood counts, biochemistry, electrolytes, T4, SDMA, SNAP testing for Giardia, blood-borne diseases, heart disease (proBNP), and FIV/FeLV.

For more critical or hospitalised patients, we also offer additional testing for blood gas values, coagulation parameters, lactate levels, and ionised calcium, allowing us to closely monitor and assess their condition.

Our in-house IDEXX SediVue® urine analyser enables rapid and reliable urinalysis, and we can also perform urine protein-to-creatinine ratio (UPC) testing to further assess kidney health and urinary protein loss.

echocardiography & abdominal ultrasound
In-house echocardiography and comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examinations are performed by Dr Lee Yan Hui.
Our imaging services allow for detailed assessment of the heart and abdominal organs to aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of various conditions.

For optimal image quality and accurate diagnostic results, pets will need to be shaved in the areas being examined. Sedation may also be recommended when necessary to help your pet remain calm and still throughout the procedure.
STERILIZATION
Every spay and neuter is treated with the same care and attention as our more advanced surgical procedures.
To maintain a high standard of sterility, we use disposable surgical gowns, drapes, and endotracheal tubes. Electrosurgery is utilised to minimise bleeding, while all patients receive intravenous fluids and active warming throughout the procedure.
We also take anaesthesia seriously. Every patient has a dedicated anaesthesia monitoring technician and is continuously monitored with multiparameter equipment, including ECG and end-tidal COâ‚‚. We also use multimodal anaesthesia and analgesia to prioritise your pet’s comfort, safety, and smooth recovery.

dental
Dental services include a oral health assessment,
dental X-ray, professional ultrasonic scaling and polishing, including surgical extractions when required
All dental procedures are conducted under general anaesthesia according to gold standard. Full-mouth radiograph allows diagnosis of most periodontal diseases and painful infection which occurs under the gum and cannot be seen in conscious examination, such as root abscess, bone loss, tooth fracture and pulp exposure, and impacted teeth. Treatment will then be tailored to the patients' needs according to the assessment.
Urgent Care & Hospitalization
A safe, comfortable environment was carefully planned and designed to support our patient's recovery post-surgery and for hospitalisation
Our facilities include spacious wards for larger dogs and a dedicated ICU located within sight of our main working area, allowing our team to closely monitor hospitalised patients. An overnight nurse is also present to provide care and monitoring around the clock.

Our clinic is certified Cat Friendly by iCatCare. The dedicated cat ward is designed with feline comfort in mind. It is equipped with Feliway® pheromones, cat-specific bedding, and one-way glass doors, allowing our team to observe and assess patients while minimising unnecessary handling and stress.

Computed Tomography (CT) Scan
CT imaging provides a more detailed assessment when conventional radiographs or ultrasound do not provide sufficient information.
We provide in-house CT scanning to obtain detailed, cross-sectional images of your pet’s head, spine, chest, abdomen, and other areas of concern.
As patients need to remain completely still during the scan, all CT examinations are performed under general anaesthesia. Each patient receives an individualised anaesthetic plan and close monitoring throughout the procedure, with our team prioritising their comfort and safety from induction through recovery.
Advanced
Soft Tissue Surgery
We provide advanced soft tissue surgical procedures for conditions requiring more specialised surgical care, including procedures involving the gastrointestinal tract, urinary system, respiratory system, skin, and other internal organs.
Each case is carefully assessed and a tailored surgical plan is developed based on your pet’s individual condition and needs. For more complex procedures, our team takes a comprehensive approach to perioperative care.
Patients receive individualised anaesthesia and analgesia plans, intravenous fluids, active warming, and continuous multiparameter monitoring, with a dedicated anaesthesia technician present throughout the procedure. Our aim is to provide the highest level of care while prioritising patient safety, comfort, and recovery.

Radiography (X-Rays)
In-house digital radiography (X-rays) are available to assist with the diagnosis and monitoring of a wide range of conditions, including injuries, bone and joint problems, chest and abdominal conditions, and other areas of concern.
Our digital radiography system allows us to obtain high-quality images efficiently, helping our veterinary team assess your pet and make informed decisions about their care.
Sedation may be recommended when necessary to ensure your pet remains comfortable and still enough to obtain clear, diagnostic images.

Orthopaedic Surgery
We provide orthopaedic surgical care for conditions affecting your pet’s bones, joints, and musculoskeletal system.
Our surgical services include femoral head and neck ostectomy (FHO), tibial plateau levelling osteotomy (TPLO), and medial patellar luxation (MPL) surgery, as well as surgical management of fractures and other orthopaedic conditions. Each patient is carefully assessed to determine the most appropriate surgical approach based on their individual condition and needs.
We take a comprehensive approach to perioperative care, with individualised anaesthesia and analgesia plans, and continuous multiparameter monitoring. A dedicated anaesthesia technician is present throughout the procedure to prioritise your pet’s comfort and safety from induction through recovery.

Neurosurgery
We provide neurosurgical care for conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system, with a particular focus on surgical treatment of intervertebral disc disease (IVDD).
Depending on the location and severity of the disc herniation, procedures such as hemilaminectomy may be performed to relieve pressure on the spinal cord and give your pet the best opportunity for recovery. Each patient is carefully assessed and a tailored surgical plan is developed based on their neurological status and imaging findings.
As with all of our surgical procedures, patients receive an individualised anaesthesia and analgesia plan, intravenous fluids, active warming, and continuous multiparameter monitoring, with a dedicated anaesthesia technician present throughout the procedure.
Physical Rehabilitation
By integrating rehabilitation with our surgical services, we provide continuity of care from diagnosis and surgery through to recovery, supporting your pet at every stage of their journey.
Our physical rehabilitation service works closely with our surgical team to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence following orthopaedic and neurological procedures, including TPLO, FHO, MPL surgery, and IVDD surgery.
Our rehabilitation department is led by Corliss, a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP). She develops individualised rehabilitation programmes based on each patient’s condition, procedure, and stage of recovery. Rehabilitation may include targeted exercises, mobility work, strengthening, and other therapies designed to support healing and help patients return to their normal activities safely and comfortably.
Rehabilitation is not only for patients post-surgery, but is suitable for your pets, both young and old, for muscle building, strengthening and maintenance as well!
